Returns

At Hum Clothing, we have an exchange only policy. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next order.

All exchanges must be in the original condition that you received them in. Tags must not be removed from item(s). Item(s) will not be accepted for exchange if original tags are not intact.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. All original tags must be intact for a full refund or exchange. Please include your receipt with the return.

We’ll notify you of your refund via email after we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
